"Meet the Researchers" program

The Regional Growth Partnership (RGP), Office of Research Collaboration (UT and BGSU), and the Science and Technology Corridor have partnered to develop the “Meet the Researchers” program. The goal of the program is to create new knowledge-based businesses and new wealth in Northwest Ohio from university technologies or products.

The program will showcase university technologies or products that have potential for commercialization to potential investors or businesses. Researchers have the opportunity to receive free assistance from experts in such fields as accounting, legal, financing, and market research. The RGP will bring the private sector from the area and beyond, giving them the opportunity to understand the potential of the research presented.

So far, meetings have been held at:

     UT’s Main Campus (August 30th)

UT’s Health Science Campus (Sept 7th and Feb 7th)

Bowling Green State Univ. (Sept 7th and Sept 8th)
